Hard to believe that today is the first of September…The summer is slipping away, as we start to see the edge of autumn in the morning and evening skies. Gone are the long days of high summer, and the night arrives earlier and earlier. We can feel and sense the change of energy as the seasons start to slowly shift. The wheel of the year never stands still, it continually turns with ease and grace, allowing one season to organically flow into the next. If we could also do that things would be great. If we can learn from the changes in nature; to resist not the gentle shifts in currents, how easier of lives would be. Letting go of preconceived notions of how things should be, how our lives should go; letting go of control is so hard for us. We resist when things do not go our way. But, resisting is not necessary, we can be flexible and give way to the greater intelligence that is at play, and trust that everything is working out for our highest good. No need for dramatics, just relax into things knowing that all is well in the world. A change of plan or direction in life is not always catastrophic. Trust in Spirit, trust in God and in our higher selves that everything is going as it should be, that things are happening not to us, but for us. That everything is on track, regardless of how things may ‘seem’. We may not know the full picture yet, but believe me there is always a method in the madness. A method that is working out for our highest good. Go with the flow, accept where we are at, if we are really not happy then if possible make appropriate change; learn from each and every experience. Because that is what we are here to do; experience the differing vibrations. That is, the vibrations of positive and negative, and everything in between. It is the in between where we should be aiming for; neither too much of either side…balanced, non judgemental and in-different. We can sit nicely on our eagles perch just observing; that is not letting things affect us. Not entering into judgement of what and who is right and wrong etc. Judging situations as being bad or good. There is no such thing, because in a polar dualistic universe such as ours, we cannot experience the light without the dark, black without white etc, we need contrast in order to experience. So therefore judging something, or someone is pointless. Observe yes, but do not judge. Relish in the varying vibrations, and enjoy this ride which we call life. Enjoy the seasonal change; the last few weeks of the warm sun, knowing full well that within the opposing cold depths of winter that there too is a profound beauty that we cannot experience during summer.
Blessings,
