We all think about our mortality at one point or another, it can be when we loose someone we love, or when we have a near miss or when someone is very ill, but one thing is for sure; death, like birth comes to us all at some point.  Sister death awaits us all.  There is no way around it.  But, our attitude to it and how we face it, is up to ourselves.  We have a few choices; fear it, ignore it – like it will never happen to us or embrace death as a natural part of life for which it is.  Death like birth is a natural occurrance, it is part of our souls journey.  When we incarnate we come into the physical realm from the spiritualm realm, and when we die we simply return to the spiritual realm from which we came.  It is that simple.  Our souls are Eternal; our soul is that place where spontaneously love, knowledge and bliss exist.  It is what and who we truly are in spirit.  In death we simply shed the confines of this world, leaving the physical body behind, the body which we used for this particular life’s purpose.  Death is a release to the soul, and an advancement our on souls journey.  It is a beautiful event in the journey of your soul, and this should not be feared at all.  It is a magical period of transition, from one level of exitistence to another.  From this lower level of exitistence to a higher level of exitstence, experienced in spirit.  It is a thing of beauty, an accomplishment of ones life journey, be that it was a long or short one, it is an achievement in itself.  Indeed, death may seem out of our control; a final end, whilst in fact it is only the begining of a new phase, a new adventure, as our soul hurdles through space and time, learning and laughing as it goes and grows.
