Life can be bizarre; one door closes and another door opens; encounters with people come and go all the time. Life’s ‘merry go round’ plays a different tune, depending on where we are sitting; we all see things different. We are all basically the same, but with different opinions. Its what makes life interesting – life would be very boring if we all thought the alike, life would simply lack varity and contrast. Ultimately, what makes us different from one another, brings together a unique vision, that otherwise could not be envisaged. But, these différences also pose difficulties for us, it leaves it harder to get along at times. Egos tend to turn into enornmous, over siezed egos when personalities clash. Those times can be challenging for us, yet also periods of great growth. We simply were not meant to get along with everyone all the time, that would be too unrealistic. But, as I said these challenging relationships offer us growth and evolvement like no other. All relationshiops are at heart spiritual, and challenging ones are our best teachers. Challenging relationships push our boundaries and forces us out of our comfort zones, and here we learn alot about our – selves, we find out quickly how God like we really are. Can we really love someone who challenges us? Can we over come our ego’s to embrace Christ consciousness? Do we really love unconditionally at all? Our encounter with those who challenge us ought to be embraced and celebrated as the divine schooling that it is. Nothing teaches nor prepares us for those encounters in life, and only we ourselves can resolve realtionships. But, we must always remember and to see past our egos to the divine spark within each of us, and to appreciate the other as a gift from God; in the form of a wonderful teacher. The web of relationships is indeed wonderful, least not ever forget that.
